This page is maintained by Ourvashi to explain how Stillroom handles your information. It is not an independent certification or audit report.

What we collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address to authenticate you and associate your data with your account. If you join the Stillroom Plus waitlist, we store your email to notify you when it is ready.

The content you choose to save — playlists, quotes, affirmations, photos, and journal entries — is stored so you can return to it. This content is tied to your account and is not visible to other users.

How we use your data

We use your information only to provide and improve Stillroom. We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising profiling.

Cookies and analytics

Stillroom does not use third-party analytics or tracking cookies. Essential session cookies are used to keep you signed in.

Security and subprocessors

Stillroom is built on Lovable Cloud, which uses Supabase for authentication and data storage. Cloudflare Turnstile is used to protect the waitlist form from spam. These are third-party services we rely on to operate the app. We enable Row Level Security on our database so your content is accessible only to you.

Lovable provides the platform infrastructure; the app owner is responsible for how data is used within the app.

Data retention and deletion

Your content is kept for as long as your account exists. You can delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Waitlist emails are retained until you ask us to remove them or the waitlist is closed.

Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your own content while signed in. For account deletion or privacy questions, contact us at ourvashir26@gmail.com.

We may update this policy as the app evolves. The latest version will always be available at this URL.
